hi lorina thanks for your help and guidance 
my question is that
i need to develop a written process for how the service would continuously monitor who enters and leaves the premises at all times. State the sections of the NQS and the National Regulations to which this relates. but when i send the answer to my assessor but assessor remarked
Please ensure that you are demonstrating your knowledge & not basing your entire response on a quote
my answer was
a) Monitor all entrances and exits: Ensure that at least educator or other staff member on duty should see and monitor all entrances and exits. (As per NQS Element 2.3.2 every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury )
Children should not be left alone with children at any time: staff must ensure that anyone who comes onto the premises should not be left alone with children at any time. (As per NQS Element 2.3.2 every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury )
c) Visitors to sign in and out of the service and provide a reason for their visit: Educator or other staff member on duty should request all visitors to sign in and out of the service records , victors must provide their reason for the visit to the service and provide their identity such as car number, identity number etc. (as per EDUCATION AND CARE SERVICES NATIONAL REGULATIONS 165)
d) Follow the service’s procedures for monitoring: Staff should follow the service’s procedures for monitoring who enters and leaves their room.
