Encouraging staff to administer medication correctly

Help! I am a little lost with the following question!
As an educator, how could you assist others to implement appropriate practices when administering medication?
I know it is not an incredibly complicated question, but I am just not sure what they are looking for....
The only answer i can think of is....
By leading as an example, setting up a how to document for them to read.
