Encouraging Children's Interests

Hi Everyone,
I am struggling with this question but have a few answers so far:
Find out what children's interests are and have experiences that encourage their interests. Have enough space for children to play, with spaces inside spaces for children to explore so they are all not on top of one another. Allowing children time to persist and achieve activities. Allow children to have a choice whether they want to play alone or with a group. Talking with the children naturally even if they do not have language skills yet. Ensuring physical environments are the right size for children. Have open ended materials such as wooden boards, rocks, stacking shapes etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks

OK so the question is "Find out what children's interests are and have experiences that encourage their interests". For this you need to observe what the children's interests are such as animals, fire trucks, spiders, beach etc. Once you have identified the interests you need to plan experiences based upon the interests you have chosen...
