Q1: what emerging trends are current in the early childhood industry?
My answer: Changes happening to the NQF
Q2: Discuss the level of understanding regarding the NQF, legislation and regulations?
My answer: reading the NQF and following it.
Please help, I am not sure if my answers are correct.

For Q2) you need to elaborate on your response... You will need a good level of understanding of the NQF, Regulations etc. because you will be using this on a day to day basis etc.

Discuss the level of understanding regarding the NQF, legislation and regulations?
As discussed with the educator their level of understanding the NQF, legislation and regulations, they use belonging, being and becoming in their everyday practices by planning activities that is link to the document. They use the ACECQA website to see if their are any changes happening to the NQF, legislation and regulations. They also use the NQS by having policies and procedures put in place for educators to follow.
Is this what i am suppose to have for the answer.
