Elements and How it can be translated into practice??

I have a few questions that have to be answered about the element and how it can be translated into practice and I'm unsure how to answer them. The question is: For each element listed, describe one way it can be translated in early childhood settings. Think about policies, procedures, curriculum and routines.
The elements are:
- Recognition of the family and relationships within the family as critical to healthy child development
- A key focus on the principles of development, learning and play
- Early childhood programs recognise that learning occurs in a social context and that family, cultural and environmental factors impact significantly on learning opportunities and learning outcomes for young children
- Recognition of the early years as a unique period
Thanks
