I am currently studying my "Leadership and Innovation" Cluster assessment book.
My Task 2 is Effective Leadership.
I need to research on 2 "Leadership Models" (e.g. Ebbeck and Waniganayake, J Rodd, Meglino and associates) and write on how these models influence me on my own management style at work placement.
Has anyone done this question or researched any 'leadership models' for early childhood??
If so, PLEASE share info with me or send me a link to a webpage that has a leadership model, as i cant find any information online for any model.
