Why is it important that all educators involved in implementing that plan should be informed of its rationale, limits and stratigies?

What are some factors you would need to consider when establishing guidelines that are relevant to the culture and background of the children and the policies of the service provider?

Is this referring to a specific plan? E.g behaviour plan/inclusion plan?

Making sure they are culturally appropriate
Include families from all different backgrounds
Are anti-bias
Are fair and families are treated equally with respect etc.
