Hi,

I have a question I was hoping I could get some feedback with.

What policies and procedures does the Education and Care Services National Regulations require an early childhood education and care service to develop in relation to diversity and inclusion?

Am I looking through the huge National Regs (http://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/#/vie ... 1/653/full) to find my answers?
I saw a post on this site (http://aussiechildcarenetwork.com.au/fo ... 29?p=19937) and the answers come from the NQS. I know the NQS is under the umbrella of the National Regs so is that where I look?

Looking at the National Regs, I feel very overwhelmed!

Ok so for your question it doesn't mention anything about standards it only mentions policies and procedures in regards to the National Regulations. The other topic you found mentioned standards so that's probably why the standards were also included. You will need to refer to the National Regulations because that is what is mentioned in your question specifically. You don't need to go through the whole document exactly. Press Ctrl F and type in inclusion or diversity and see what comes up in the Regulations.
