Discussing Situations Within A Team Meeting

HI! THIS IS MY LAST CLUSTER FOR DIPLOMA BUT I AM STRUGGLE WITH THESE ASSIGNMENT AND I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE.
1. WORKING IN A TEAM REQUIRES THAT YOU OFTEN MEET AS A GROUP TO DISCUSS YOUR CURRENT WORK AN ANY SITUATIONS ARISING THAT NEED CLARIFICATION OF PROCESS OR PROCEDURE. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AND DESCRIBE HOW YOU WOULD RESPOND TO EACH SITUATION WITHIN THE TEAM MEETING.
a) You have a new member of the team starting next week who is from and Indo-Chinese background. You need to ensure he understands all of the appropriate policy and procedural documentation and that he feels comfortable. What types of things do you and your team need to consider? Why?
b) Your team has won a contract to provide services to a local primary school that has a high population of children from families recently arrived in Australia.
c) Your team has just conducted its first week of use of the 'Client Cultural Profile' and you are discussing feedback about the form. Discuss how this information will support your work with culturally diverse clients.
d) There is a disagreement about procedure between some team members and you need to resolve the issue. How do you deal with this in a culturally sensitive way?
