how have you been involved in the facilitation of an organisation's self-evaluation process

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
can someone please help me.

hi friend I m doing the same assignment. I had completed most of part of this assignment. can u explain me the question so I can help. I think mine is bit different. I did about self-assessment.

Go to ACECQA website and look at QIP (that is quality improvement program) This is what the NQS requires all centres to do. It is a way of each centre working out what they are doing well and what needs improving. i would think that staff members should be involved in these. Even if you aren't part of a centre and are just doing this as an assignment you should be able to work out what sort of contributions you could make.
