Devlope a coaching plan

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can give me some help on setting up my coaching plan? What headings do l use? The first would be the goal to be achieved then l am stuck. Thanks for any sort of feedback. Tina

In regards to a coaching, the plan is this for a student or coaching an educator?

Hi Lorina,
It was a coaching plan l need to develop for my assignment for another educator. l need to help them find 2 goals that they need help with.

What about understanding one of the Quality Areas of the National Standards.
Or becoming familiar with a centre policy such as WHS etc.
