Your Question?
There is much debate over what can and does effect each child’s development.
Research development & the Educators Role and write at least a half page for each which explains the issue:


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Early childhood educators support the social, emotional, physical and educational development of infants and young children.

They help them take their first steps in education, plan and implement individual programs based on observation of what children know and understand. They Prepare and supervise play and learning materials, maintain a safe, clean and appealing environment.
Educators must Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development, interact closely with parents and other professionals, Support the participation of children with additional needs in the program and Plan activities facilitating their free time and play, enabling them to achieve their developmental outcomes.
Also part of their role is to perform basic first aid in emergencies and help children with daily routines and promote health and safety concepts.


Description and Message:
That's all ive written so far its not half a page yet but im not sure what else to write if what Ive written is correct. I tried to write just the normal stuff that educators need to do.

We also develop trusting and nurturing relationships with the children, build upon relationships wit the families, provide each child with individual care and support based on their needs, skills and abilities. Extend on children's interests, support children's skills, challenge children's abilities and thinking process. Provide a foundation of learning. Develop social skills, independence and confidence...
