Hey can anyone help me I am stuck with one of my questions. I am doing my diploma in child care and am up to Management Cluster

the question I am up to is: Part 1: Coordinate organisational and strategic planning, c) Develop:
o A strategic plan that reflects the uniqueness of the service and its community, include:
• SWOT analysis of the service
• Four (4) organisational goals
• A communication plan
• Evaluation processes
Can some one PLEASE help me with evaluation processes, I don't understand what they are tried looking online but cant find anything. Can someone please explain it in words I may understand?
