you are a workplace coordinator in a busy children,s service.you have been asked by management to offer a new meal service with a morning tea ,lunch and afternoon tea to be provide to all children and staff.the facilities are already available as the service management as always intended to offer this service .the licence/approval is in place.your job is to establish the opportunity ,plan staffing and develop the process for implementation.

This plan will need to be submitted to your trainer and will form part of the assessment process.(must use dot points)

1-develop a work plan outlining the steps and tasks needed to commence your new mealtime opportunity.
