plz any one help me with this question.iam confused.i read pages and pages.but really confused.

hi

Think about it in a more simple way, what is most healthy for children to have? Less salt, less sugar and less saturated fat? More fibre????
Look at the amounts of these in the products and there is your answer

fat and sugar is less ,sodium is high in kids cereal :fibre is high,sodium is low in rice cake .
thats what i confused?

So sorry about the late reply! but yes Rice Cakes are the healthier option I believe, more fibre less salt?!
