Hi guys im stuck on a question for my diploma the question is

What strategies would encourage family members to take an active role in the service?

and the other question is
give examples of reactions that parents/guardians may have to separation from the child and to the use of a child care service?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

So, for the first one it means how can parents participate. Think of things such as donating items to the centre, coming to read a story or do an activity for the class, telling educators about child's interest, being involved in special events etc.

If you were to leave your child in Childcare and to have to sepearate from your child how might you feel? Sad, guilty, upset, nervous, anxious etc. Many parents go through different reactions when leaving their child in care...
