Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
Your Assignment Type: Standard Question
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

Your Question?
In addition to contacting the Child Abuse Report Line, list 3 ways that you, as part of that child’s community, could support a child that suspect is being abused and/or neglected.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I am not sure if I am meant to list 3 kinds of agencies that can assist the child & family, E.g
- Mental health services
- Agencies that offer food vouchers and/or assistance with financial issues

or specific ways I am meant to directly support the child E.g.
- Be there to listen whenever the child wants to talk

Description and Message:
Hi all,

I have just started studying a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.... I am stuck on this question, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks,

Amy.

I think it refers to how you could support a child being suspected of abuse.

The following information may help:
