Read each statement and identify the type of negative response to the feedback being provided and a reason for choice
Aaron is often late for work and is reminded by his supervisor of the importance of arriving at work 10 minutes prior to the allocated shift time.
so would the answer be in realtion to Aaron's response or management??
Aaron response - would be to continue to be late or get angry and management commenting they are being unfair ect
type of reponse - defensive, due to beleive they are being unfair
sorry im not to sure about this
there are more senarios so just asking for the correct way to approch this then i should be able to complete the others
