a. How would you share these concerns sensitively with a colleague?
b. How would you share concerns with the parent/guardian?
c. How would you approach collecting enough observations to share with a specialist (e.g. length of time and detail)
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
a. How would you share these concerns sensitively with a colleague? I would collect obervations over a period of time and then request to talk to my collegue in private about the child, to ask them if they have any concerns about this child and to voice my own concerns and provide my observations as a reference.
Description and Message:
I've answered a, but I'm not too sure on b and c. I've never yet had to do it nor be around to learn from it. This is in regards to a child I have observed over a two week period of time.
