Good Morning

Can anyone please help I have to develop systematic ways of obeserving children and develop a record sheet, so that all children are included and that all interpretations of behaviour can be clearly linked to evidence. I am truly stuck on this one. Do they mean like - Grouping children, focus children, Incidental observations, part time children. Any help would be appreciated.
