CHCPOL002 LEGAL & ETHICAL CONTEXTS FOR DEVELOPING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

1.8 IDENTIFY THE SEVEN LEGAL AND ETHICAL CONTEXTS THAT PROVIDERS NEED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WHEN DEVELOPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1.9 CHOOSE ONE OF THE LEGAL AND ETHICAL CONTEXTS IDENTIFIED IN Q8 AND EXPLAIN HOW THIS CONTEXT AFFECTS THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLICIES IN AN EDUCATION AND CARE SETTING

I am completely stuck on these two questions.
I can't answer 1.9 without answering 1.8.
I've looked all through my learner guide, forums and online but am struggling.
I understand the ECA code of ethics, but the fact that it states "the seven" is leading me to believe that I'm not looking in the right places.

Are there any articles that might be off assistance?
Cheers.

This might be too late but they were in the learner guide under subheadings (not dot points) - hope this helps...
1. Codes of practice
2. Human Rights
3. Privacy, confidentiality and disclosure
4. Duty of care
5. Rights and responsibilities of workers, employers and individuals
6. Work health and safety
7. Vision, mission, values and philosophy of the organisation
