I need to

As part of the consultation aspect of this assessment task you will be required to record a conversation with the manager or director of a service. It is suggested that you review the policy prior to recording your conversation.
my question is what I need to do in reviewing

Part B – Draft policy plan

Part C –Test draft policy

1. Create a consultation plan containing:
a) the purpose of the consultation plan
b) the relevant stakeholders
c) consultation method to be used
d) required resources
e) start and end date
