Question: A description of the different types of mentor program models available and your choice of model for implementation in your workplace. This should outline the benefits and disadvantages of the various models mentioned with an explanation of why you have identified one model over the others as most suitable in your workplace.


Answer/thoughts so far: Okay so i'm pretty sure i have a clear understanding of a mentoring program and what it includes, starting of with a mentoring agreement, and the goals that the child care worker would like to achieve and in what time frame etc..... I'm having trouble finding mentoring program models/templates i have looked every where , does any one have any templates or know any web sites .
