Hi everyone,
I am currently in the middle of doing an assignment for the topic- provide leadership in community services delivery and i am stuck on two questions. I just need someone to point me in the right direction and possibly break down the question for me because i do not understand what it is asking me.

Q1) How would you provide encouragement to staff to better meet the clients needs?


Q2) How would you use the diversity of individuals knowledge, skills and approaches to enhance work outcomes?

was hoping you may be able to help
they are
1. explain the term workplace culture?
2. what is empowerment leadership?
3.explain what it means to delegate??
