Action Plan:
1. Action Plan – What plan have you chosen to implement and why?
Plan has chosen is the OBSERVATION. To implement this plan is to linked the observations to our framework and the EYLF. And the observation will be on our program as well. I have chosen an observation because it’s very important for the children’s learning, developmental and experience during there growing up everyday. Observation of all children will record and used as developmental records. These recorded showing skills and stages reached by a child will be available for the Parent/Guardians to look at, but are confident and remain the property of the Service. Program and activities will be evaluated daily by educators/staff. Child and Parent/Guardian input will encourage. Children’s creativity and self expression are encouraged through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, music movement groups, language and story groups individual play, dramatic play, drama, arts and crafts, poetry, finger plays and songs.
2) Goal –
a) What is your goal and why are you doing this plan? – Relate to the philosophy and goals of service.
Relate to the philosophy and goals of the service are:
- A curriculum in which children are active participants and collaborators allows for a more individualistic and meaningful involvement by the children. We believe children are unique individuals who develop at their own rate, and thus by providing enriching. My goals are to provide caring inclusive environments where physical, social and emotional, spiritual and cognitive strengths are encouraged and needs are met. To provide creative program and observation with many rich and varied experiences based on child’s interests that develop there learning. And to work together with all the staff towards a child’s development and in programming and observations.
b) How will you plan be responsive to client needs
I would plan to be responsive to client needs by:
- Taking information’s
- Do a survey for the client
