Lara and Melanie are both working with the infants and toddlers.Lara has complained to you on three occasions in the last few weeks that Melanie always finds ways to get out of cleaning the children's toys and doing the laundry. She insists that Melanie is lazy and avoids housekeeping tasks. Melanie has also been to see you, complaining that Lara is always bossing her around and acts like she knows everything there is to know about caring for infants and toddlers. Melanie also complains that Lara often criticises her in front of parents.
