Can anyone please help me with these questions. I have no idea how to answer and need a little assistance please

04/06/14: Carna arrived 15 mins late saying she couldn’t start her car – does she think I was born yesterday?
05/06/14: Carna actually arrived on time – a miracle!
06/06/14: Carna arrived on time again today, but she was in a very bad mood.
07/06/14: Carna 5 minutes late – I knew it wouldn’t last – a leopard never changes its spots!
Action: Give Carna a written warning that if she continues to be late she will be given notice to terminate.

Ranni has a sunny disposition and is thrilled to be offered the job.
