What external influences and data would inform the expectations you might have of the staff you employ?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I don't no how to answer this coz i don't understand the question.
Are they asking what type of staff you would employ?
Im not to sure :-/

Basically it is asking what is happening outside of work for your staff that may affect your expectations on them.

For example: an educator is getting divorced, an educator moving house, an educator studying their degree, an educator working two jobs etc.

Not about how you support staff but your expectations of them... for example: if an educator just lost her mum with cancer your expecation would change since she is going through a difficult time at the moment or if an educator is currently doing their degree you would have higher expectations...
