Hi i am stuck on this question and have tried researching it and as i don't work in child care finding it hard to do. The question is "What information systems does your service utilise to establish work plans?" I have no idea what any of it means, is information systems a program they use? is work plan like quality improvement plan? Thanks in advance for your help.
