Hi all
please anyone help me to understand this question and how should i start the answer

The candidate must provide two pieces of evidence under the following headings in a portfolio. Examples of evidence have been provided to assist the assessor with the assessment judgement. In all cases, the assessor must be sure that the work submitted is the candidates and must validate the evidence with the care service provider if in any doubt.
- Facilitating workgroups
o Staff meetings, Workshops, program reviews, etc.
- Implementing staffing processes,
o Rostering, staff reviews, program facilitation, staff meetings, privacy/confidentiality policies, reporting requirements, etc.
- Coordinating meetings,
o Staff meetings, parent meetings, meetings with external partners etc.
- Assisting in staff recruitment and orientating new staff members,
o Advertising, defining position descriptions, staff inductions, creating staff employment files, creating professional development plans etc.
- Promoting staff development and
o Organising staff development such as internal training and/or external training, creating staff development plans, creating a professional development register, promoting opportunities to staff etc.
- Ensuring a safe and equitable workplace.
o Safety audits, hazard inspections, OHS meetings, incident reporting of near misses etc.
The candidate must also provide a 500 word reflection on how they implemented these work practises. This reflection should be provided as supportive evidence to the pieces of evidence submitted as a portfolio.
