Give an example of when you have facilitated a discussion to develop and evaluate work goals
in a childcare setting.

What about having weekly reflection questions on how things went in the room, if anything in the room needs to be changed, what resources need to be added, if the routine ran smoothly etc.
The educators can share their thoughts on what they observed during the week in regards to the reflection questions...
