CHCMGT003 - Comeptency and Standards In Each KPI

Im having trouble understanding activity 18 question 1,
Identify the competency and standard in each of the KPIs provided, first performance indicator is
Clients or patients are greeted within 1 minute of entering reception- what is the competency and what is the standard?
Can anybody please help to understand!

Thanks Lorina but the links wouldnt open!
Heres an example-
Client's are greeted within 1 minute of entering reception
Competency (whats done) all clients greeted as they enter reception
Standard (what you see) staff greet client as they enter recption
So im looking for help with-
- Minutes of meetings are recorded and distributed to participants within 24hrs of the meeting
- hands are washed between clients and patients
- consumables are ordered within monthly budgets
- pays are calculated with 100% accuracy
- revenue forecasts are completed by july 31st each year.
I understand what to do but i just can't find the right words use!!

Facilitate weekly team meetings.

Minutes of meetings are recorded and distributed to participants within 24 hours of the meeting.
Hands are washed between clients and patients.

Consumables are ordered within monthly budgets.


Pays are calculated with 100% accuracy.


Revenue forecasts are completed by July 31st each year.
