hi ladies

I'm stuck on this last of my assignment, unsure in I'm having baby brain or just a brain fart....

You are required to write a process and a support tool to continuously improve the effectiveness of information materials and systems in place within your service. You may wish to create a document log or checklist that can be easily checked on a regular basis. Once you have created your process and support tool, implement it.

does anyone have any templates they use?

Are they referring to resources/information that you may give to parents such as a folder of community numbers, notice board of community events and centre happenings, notice board for educators, newsletters etc.

Is that what the question is asking?
