1. How you would support staff to implement the plan?
2.Explain why it is important you implement strategies designed by a specialist?
3. How would you communicate regularly with parents when they no longer remain for long periods of time at the service? what would you need to consider when working with parents for whom English is a second language or for those with poor literacy skills? How would this effect the communication method you choose?
4. Explain the benefits of providing an inclusive environment. think about children with additional needs and their families, other children and families and caregivers. What would be the benefits for you personally?
5. Explain how you have used parents' goal, expectations and practices in developing your inclusion plan.
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
1.not sure
2. Because specialist give us a right directions and gives us clear instructions what is good for child.
3.we can communicate with families on phone, email. have regular meeting with parents for give them regular updates or information.
4 & 5 not sure.

hi there, I am finding hard these answers.
According to case study child has partial vision. he is 8 and cannot see to read and currently uses a tape recorder and talking books. he can sometimes see people if they are moving against a contrasting background. he enjoys being in the company of other children. he rarely participating in any art and craft activities. he does not participating in active, running games outside.
please guys I am really very stuck, if someone can help me.
