1. Using your knowledge of current literature and inclusive principles and practices, explain these principles and practices to your coordinator.Your coordinator has been at the center for over fifteen years and has not taken the opportunity to keep up with the current issues.She was impressed with your information and is willing to update the center philosophy, policies and procedures, particularly in relation to inclusivity.
2. Provide a list of resources you could add to your program that will be inclusive and value diversity. explain how these resources are inclusive and will benefit all the children.
3. Rena is changing Emily's nappy. you overhear her say to another staff member "Emily really smells". Thirty months old Sylvie parrots Rena ,"Emily smells".
How do you respond to this comment and behaviour from :

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

I am not sure as my head is roaming round round. also did google but still so far.
if someone able to give any suggestion that would be appreciated.
