Wanted to know if you help. I need to do a report and implement strategies of an unfair or biase experience in my centre. How do I do a report and what information should include in it?

Thanks for your replys. I really appreciate it. I am really stuck with this question. I don't know how to do a report and don't know how I should implement strategies. Could you please assist me.

I need to do a report and reflect and discuss potential negative impacts of comments that are unfair or biased. This may link to an observation you have made in a childcare centre or personnel experience.

What is bias ?

Name something in your centre that might be biased or unfair.

Only when you answer these question will I help you further.

You are doing the Diploma you should know what this means. If you have problems in understanding this question you might want to seek out Tutorial support from your Provider if English is a second language or you are having comprehension problems.

Hi Lindy

It means that if you if you hear or see sa child say something like e.g. you can't play with us you don't have a hand, in a wheel chair, cultural "you have black skin".

I need help to do a report based on something I saw in my centre. I don't know what information I need to include in a report as this is my first time doing one.

I want to do a report about a observation I saw that was bias ( where the a child said something about another child's skin colour). Can you please help me by telling me what details do I need to put in my report and how should I format it. Thanks agian for your time.
