Your Question?
Each service have in place a behaviour management policy that sets out the philosophy,principle and practical strategies used to manage and guide children's behaviour.
A)how should a behaviour management policy protect the rights of children,parents and educators?
B) describe the primary purpose of a BM policy.
C)list behaviour management strategies That should be prohibited.
D) list four common behaviour which should be addressed in the policy.
E)suggest two strategies which could be included that generally promote positive behaviour.
F) suggest 2 reflective question which may assist educator to consider how their own attitudes ,values and behaviour might influence children's behaviour and/or the way behaviour is managed.
G)explain what should be included in the policy in relation to privacy and confidentially .
