Your Question?
I need to compile a list of all the documentation ACECQA would need to view during an assessment at a service, i.e for an audit.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
Documentation I can think of includes-
* rolls and records of attendance
*procedures and policies manuals
* quality improvement plans
*programs and portfolios
*enrollment and child information/medical information
*daily/weekly/monthly checklists
* staff contracts and details
*records of staff qualifications
*WHS documentation
*National Regulations manual
* Quality Service current ratings displayed

Description and Message:
Could one of my lovely fellow forum folk help me to compile a comprehensive list of all the documentation /manuals an assessor might need to see during an audit/assessment visit?
This particular subject is so dry my brain is calcifying! last module of Diploma . Please take heart and help!

I have a copy of the Draft Guide of the NQS. It provides evidence for each of the elements that is required for assessment purpose during an audit.
