i have another question. What is meant by the term non-compliance?

every centre has to comply to certain laws/acts etc if they do not its non-compliance

non-compliance is not just in this industry but is a term used in legal & medical sectors too

basically its not adhering to a set of rules to put it simply I guess

hi i am needing some help on Q.7 assessment 4 part a.
What would prompt an external evaluation of your compliance process?
i tried answering it but my teacher said i got it wrong, i have a learning disability so its abit hard for me to understand where i went wrong, can anyone please help me???
this is what i answered:
if a child didn’t like the new activities that have been planned for the room then that would prompt an external evaluation of my compliance process because then I’ll have to start all over again so that all children are enjoying the new activities that have been planned.

client’s needs are being addressed appropriately, that the desired outcomes are reached and the agreed time frames for the centre and all individuals are met.
