Helena 4.8 years tells the group about how she and her family were involves in clean up Australia activity in her neighborhood last sunday .within your program how would you introduce and develop te children's awareness and knowlwdge of their environment based on Helens's emerging interest ?

Maybe you could do a recycling program within your room to sort and reduce waste, develop a compost from food scraps at lunch etc.
