Your Question?
The toddlers particularly enjoys The wiggles and regularly request their favourite wiggles CD. The children all giggle and attempt some movement when the CD is on. the staffs in the room see this as a time to tidy up and use the music to keep the children busy while they tidy.
Q1) How could this time be best developed?
Q2) How should the staff act while the music is on?
Q3) How is this movement beneficial to the physical development of the toddlers?

It seems like this is a great opportunity for the staff to get involved in physical activity along with the children. Even though the children may be occupied, it's still be essay to interact and engage with. Not all staff need to clean the room, some can engage with the children. Play musical chairs, musical statues etc. It's beneficial because it involves movement of all muscles in the body.
