CHCECE026 - Responding To Parents Requests and Concerns

Just wondering if i have answered this correctly

A) information for families about responding to requests and concerns ?
Direct it with the educator of the room in a calm and respectful manner.
If the issue is not resolved than it needs to be taken to the Director of the service.
If the issue is with the Director than it needs to be raised with the President of the Management Committee.
B) Which National Quality Standard does this relate to?
National Quality Standard-
Quality Area 6; Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
