Your Question?
Hi am having some trouble answering this question and am hoping that some one may have an idea.

the question is:
Provide an example of a practice which allows bias and develop strategies to address the bias.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I'm not really sure where to go with this question I had a idea in my head but it does not feel right. the idea was something that happened where I worked in regard to another children using hurtful language to another child that has some weigh concerns. would this be on the right path or am of completely of base here.

any suggestion would be grate.

An example of being biased is something like:

Only men should work as a fireman or policeman.

Dads don't know how to cook.

Girls don't know how to use tools etc.

An example of biased practice could be discouraging girls to play in block corner or with the toy trucks, boys dressing up...
