I need to prepare evaluations for 2 pretend experiences. Include the materials you used, how the experience went for the child you planned it for and a future planned learning experience. You must design your own evaluation templates.

Would this be done through a learning story? Or as a whole group?
is there any templates that may give me an idea as i have to create my own?
