I am very stuck and confused

Q. What rules and regulations are in place to avoid centres from becoming exclusive?

• ACECQA National Quality Standards
• Code of Ethics
• United Nations Rights of the Child
• Education and Care Services National Regulations

for my answer I have so far

Education and Care Services National Regulations

ACECQA National Quality Standards
• Part 4.6: Collaborative partnerships with families and communities Quality Area 6
Code of Ethics
• Each child has unique interests and strengths and the capacity to contribute to their communities.
United Nations Rights of the Child

I wasn't sure if I needed to explain every point and if so am I in the right direction or have I taken a wrong turn?

I have reread and reread over and over the question again instead of answering each point that was in the question should I be just writing-

Centres have put in place and follow policies such as Inclusion and reducing bias in centre policy
along with Belonging, being and becoming (the early years learning framework for Australia)
and also referring to the national quality standards quality area 6 and code of ethics that states each
child is unique and their interests and strengths are different.

??????????????????????
