Hi Guys, I have a few questions in which I am struggling badly at. Help would be greatly appreciated.

1. List three ways you can confirm that staff understand the NQF and other legislation and regulations they must comply with.

2. Using a range of methods, collect information for a self-assessment to determine the service's strengths and areas for improvement in relation to each element of NQS Quality Area 6: Collaborative partnerships with families and communites. (I can't ask a service because I'm not doing placement yet)

3. Explain in one paragraph how you shared ideas with colleagues and involved them in the collection of information

4. What is a QIP template? Use it to do the following?
- Summaries the strengths that were identified in the information you collected for the self-assessment
- Add areas requiring improvement to the key improvements table
- Develop an improvement plan

5. Where could you display a QIP so stakeholders can discuss it and work toward its goals?

6. What plans you would make to review the QIP regularly?

Thanks for your help!!
