This is what I have sad I am happy with it but question 7 I have no idea
7. Which regulations, standards and quality practices would you measure Marissa’s practices against?
6. What information and feedback would you provide about Marissa’s practices?
I would encourage Marissa to make sure to washer her hands after she has tied her hair back and not to put on her glove until she has finished doing her apron up and trying her shoes up. After she has washed her hand that’s when you put on new gloves.
Marissa need to take her gloves of when tie up a child hair after she has done that she then needs to wash her hand and place a new pair of gloves on. When she has picked up food of the ground and place it in the bin she then must go and after she has picked up the fork wash her hands. When she services someone second she need to make sure she has clean hand and clean gloves on. When she is cleaning up she needs to make sure she has clean gloves on. When she has finished cleaning. Marissa needs to make sure that her glove go in the bin and her apron goes to the wash and her hands and has a new apron for next time she cooks
