hi guys just needing some help.
you are a team leader preparing staff for an upcoming assessment rating process. choose a standard and develop a method of inquiry that will confirm an awareness of the standard and the implications relating to their roles. provide a summary that includes the following:
- the standard you will address
- the implications of the standard
- how you will obtain feedback from the staff member regarding their understanding of the standard
- how you will provide resulting feedback
this is what I've got so far please let me know if i need more or not on right track
quality area 4.1.1
educators-to-child ratios and qualification requirements are maintained at all times.
making sure that staff are meeting the requirements of educators-to-child
doing a self-assessments on them-selves, on their understanding of how each room are meeting educators to child ratio.
checking each rooms to make sure that they are all meeting the right educators to child ratio. having staff meetings to make sure all staff are aware of any changes to the educators to child ratios.
