The assessment says that I need to develop an Employee Training Program on compliance in an early childhood education service. It says:
Part 1
You will need to cover the following topics and you will need to explain their relevance to the early childhood sector. This must be in your own words and not cut and paste from the document. This is to ensure you understand what you are presenting.
1.National Quality Frameworks and each of the components within.
2.What National and State regulatory bodies could provide advice and clarification on the services interpretation of the Framework?
3.What are the requirements of the assessment and rating process?
4.How the assessment and rating process works.
What I have done so far?
I've found the NQF and components (struggling to put in my own words) and the second one. but the assessment and rating process ones are confusing to me, I found the process but not sure the requirements.
Part 2
What would be the indicators from educators professional conversations, their daily practices, documentation and critical reflections that would confirm to you their understanding of compliance?
What practical methods could you use to collect information from all stakeholders to inform self-assessment on an ongoing basis?
