You are required to create a survey. You will then need to get four (4) educators to complete the survey.
The survey should be used to determine if each of the staff members understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), legislation and regulation documentation.

I'm stuck here with what to put on the actually survey, can someone please help me out?

Once you get some ideas on the NQF then you can create your questions... Remember the questions are based upon whether or not the educators understand the NQF.
